Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping options & rates
- Standard shipping (arrives in 3–6 business days): $8.00 — FREE on orders of $54.99 or more (every Set qualifies).
- Express shipping: $15.00, with faster transit times shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates count business days from the day your order ships. Carrier delays outside our control (weather, peak season) can occasionally add time.
Order changes & address corrections
Need to fix an address or change an order? Contact us as soon as possible — we can usually catch an order before it ships if you reach us within a few hours of purchase.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it as lost, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
